Darshan Negandhi is an award winning Senior PCN Clinical Pharmacist, Independent Prescriber and portfolio clinical leader specialising in Respiratory care, medicines optimisation and integrated primary care delivery. With over 20 years of experience across hospital, community pharmacy and general practice, he is recognised for developing practical models of care that strengthen the connection between community pharmacy, Primary Care Networks and wider NHS systems.

Experience and System Leadership

As a Senior PCN Clinical Pharmacist, Darshan works at the heart of neighbourhood health delivery, supporting GP practices and multidisciplinary teams to improve prescribing, manage long term conditions and reduce medicines related workload across primary care. His work reflects the growing strategic importance of PCNs in delivering prevention, access, continuity of care and service transformation closer to home.

Alongside his NHS role, he is a Superintendent Pharmacist, portfolio clinical leader and founder of GPPharm Assist Ltd, where he designs and delivers clinical education, pathway development and service transformation programmes for pharmacists, PCNs, Integrated Care Boards and industry partners.
